Cosima von Bonin creates transformations of the everyday. For her expansive exhibitions, she uses numerous references from popular culture as well as from film, fashion, music and art, fashion, music and art. Exhausted cuddly toys, soft fences, rockets, comic figures such as "Daffy Duck" or "Bambi", Bonin combines various actors into an ensemble, a community of social connections. The SCHIRN presents a unique staging for which the artist contrasts recent works that have never been shown in Germany with well-known works.
