INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGULAR ONLINE TICKET

• Please choose the date and time for admission to the exhibition. In this way you enable us to better regulate the admission of visitors as a precautionary measure for infection control.
• In case of online tickets, they will not be sent by mail, but by e-mail.

• Please understand that tickets with specific dates are excluded from the 14-day right of objection. Time tickets are thus binding and excluded from subsequent exchange, rebooking of the time slot and refund of the purchase price.

IINFORMATION ON FREE RESERVATION

• Holders of Museumsufer-Card/Ticket, press passes, SCHIRN FREUNDE members, other special entitlements as well as families with children (under 18) are kindly requested to reserve one time slot per person (from 2 years) online free of charge.
• You will receive your ticket 15 minutes before admission to the exhibition directly at the SCHIRN box office. After that your reservation expires

DUE TO THE INCREASED INCIDENCE IN FRANKFURT, YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOW A NEGATIVE PROOF AT THE ENTRANCE (VACCINATION, RECOVERY OR NEGATIVE TEST)
